The quotation was very competitive and itemized in such detail that we were able to check that we had everything that we needed (and some items we hadn't thought about but which added to the vibe we were looking for). Given the range of options that you have available for the various elements breaking it all down was great as this enabled us to go through it all step by step in our heads! There were so many exciting possibilities for the different elements it was a feat in itself to browse through the various collections and make decisions on what we would actually have. The standard of work carried out by John and Louie was extremely high and we haven't seen a work ethic quite that exceptional for some time! They were very respectful of our home and managed the inevitable disruption and mess very well - particularly given that they were drilling out wall cavities for water pipes and drilling out a concrete floor for a new draining outlet for our minimalist glass shower. They made good use of dust sheets and always ensured at the end of the day that their work area was left as clean and tidy as possible (important as we live in a bungalow!). John constantly consulted throughout the project and discussed, when applicable, various preferences/alternatives. We were always kept up to date on their work plan and schedule. It was also noted that you and John kept in constant touch and this, together with your regular visits to check that everything was going to plan, was very reassuring.
John and Louie are a great team and a huge credit to you.
